El Cirkusbygningen de Copenhague el 9 de febrero fue escenario de la final de Dinamarca, donde fue presentado por Michael Carøe y Signe Svendsen, por cierto que esta última, era integrante del grupo 'Rollo & King' que en el 2001 había representado a los daneses en el festival.
La canción ganadora fue elegida por medio del televoto de cuatro regiones, los votos por medio de SMS y a través de los votos de un jurado de expertos, que en una primera ronda decidieron las cinco mejores canciones y posteriormente volvieron a votar para seleccionar la canción ganadora.
Entre las curiosidades de esta final destaca la presencia del grupo Neighbours que una de sus integrantes, Helge Engelbrecht había pertenecido al grupo Bandjo/Fenders que representó a Dinamarca en 1987.

Malene natural de Copenhagen, tiene 19 años y es muy conocida en su país tras vencer en un concurso musical con la canción 'Sing it Back'.
Tell me who you are es el título en
de la canción danesa, una canción con un final realmente apoteósico utilizando un juego de timbales, un estribillo que probablemente en inglés sea fácilmente recordable... no es de las peores canciones pero tampoco máxima candidata al triunfo, sin embargo un triunfo de Dinamarca este año no sorprendería a nadie.
